All classes are for beginners. Classes are 90 minutes long. New students should arrive 15 minutes early.
The room is heated, helping the muscles relax and allowing for safer and deeper stretching. The heat heals and prevents injury while sweating aids in flushing toxins from the body.
Class is most comfortably performed on an empty stomach. Try not to eat 2-3 hours before class.
Bring water, a towel, and a yoga mat. (Mats and towels may be rented or purchased at the studio.)
Wear light weight clothing, you will sweat a lot. Showers are available in the men’s and women’s changing rooms.
